Vorah™ Terms of Use

By accessing Vorah’s website, demo, or services, you agree to the following Terms of Use.

1. Early Access & Founder Pricing

• Vorah is in development; features, designs, and timelines may change at any time.

• Founder pricing applies only while your membership remains active.

• All payments are non-refundable and cover access to Vorah software only. This does not include brokerage, legal, or financial services.

No Ownership or Equity Rights

Payment for a Vorah Founders Club membership provides early access benefits only. It does not represent an investment, equity, ownership, or partnership interest in Vorah or its parent company. Members do not acquire any rights to profits, shares, or decision-making authority.

2. Intellectual Property & Restrictions

• Vorah™, including its name, logo, brand assets, videos, designs, layouts, code, and concepts, are the exclusive property of Jamie McMaster.

• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute Vorah content.

• You may not sell, license, rent, or share Vorah’s software, materials, or ideas with another company.

• You may not create derivative products or services based on Vorah’s features, concepts, or designs.

Any attempt to misappropriate Vorah’s intellectual property will result in legal action under U.S. copyright, trademark, and contract law.

3. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use Vorah only for lawful purposes.

• You may not misuse or disrupt the service.

4. Limitation of Liability

• Vorah is provided “as is” during early access.

• We are not liable for damages related to reliance on demo content, delays in release, or business outcomes.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Vorah indicates acceptance of updated terms.
