Vorah does not resell or share buyer information with outside parties.
Only the listing agent or broker may create and authorize tours, ensuring MLS advertising compliance.
MLS & Advertising Rules
Every tour displays the listing broker’s name and license information when required.
Vorah does not remove or alter MLS disclaimers.
Tours are an extension of the listing agent’s marketing never a third-party ad.
Agent Responsibility For Local Laws

Agents are responsible for ensuring tours comply with their state-specific requirements.
Vorah provides the tools — the licensed professional provides the oversight.
Dual Agency Flexibilty
Because brokerage policies differ, Vorah provides a settings toggle:
If dual agency is permitted → buyer inquiries flow directly to the listing agent.
If dual agency is not permitted → buyers are prompted to contact their own agent, while the listing agent still receives engagement insights.
Record keeping & Audit Trail
Vorah maintains engagement logs showing what buyers viewed, when, and what questions were asked.
These records provide an audit trail to support agents and brokers in case of disputes.
Privacy & Data Protection
• Buyer information collected through Vorah is encrypted and stored securely.
• Contact data is shared only with the listing agent.
• Vorah complies with general data protection standards and never sells consumer data.
Fair Housing Compliance
• Engagement tools (heat maps, reactions, view counts) are neutral and anonymous.
• Vorah does not filter or steer buyers, nor collect demographic information.
• The AI avatar provides factual property information only (square footage, HOA fees, price, etc.). For all other inquiries, buyers are directed to the listing agent.
Broker Oversight
• Brokerages can optionally activate broker-level visibility, allowing brokers to review and approve tours created by their agents.
